Scope and current availability
This policy covers this public information website and the operator’s private Projale Research workspace. The workspace is in development and is not open for public registration. Automatic access to Google Ads account data is not currently connected.
Information we access and use
The public website has no account form, payment form, advertising tracker or analytics script. Loading a page sends ordinary connection information, including your IP address and requested URL, to our hosting provider, Microsoft Azure, to deliver and protect the website. The website itself does not set application cookies.
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to respond and manage your request. Your email provider and our email provider process that correspondence.
The private research workspace stores product and keyword reports selected for import, their source and collection dates, research notes and saved decisions. These records are used to compare product markets, investigate opportunities and support the operator’s research. Do not include customer personal information in research imports.
Google data
Current Google evidence consists of manually imported Keyword Planner reports, such as keywords, estimated search volumes, geography, reporting periods, advertiser competition and bid estimates. We use these aggregate metrics for product and keyword research. Advertiser competition is not treated as a count of competing product sellers.
This website does not request Google authorization or collect Google access or refresh tokens. If an automated Google connection is introduced, this policy and the authorization flow will be updated to identify its access, uses, storage, retention and controls before users are asked to connect. Google API activation or approval alone does not authorize the tool to access a user’s account.
We do not sell Google-derived data, use it to target personalized advertising or use it to train generalized AI or machine-learning models. Projale Research’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements where applicable.
Storage and sharing
Private research records are stored on the operator’s computer and in private Microsoft Azure storage used for backup. They are not included in this public website. Access is limited to the operator and authorized services needed to store or process the research. Hosting and email providers process information to provide their services. We may disclose information when legally required.
Retention and your choices
Research records and their backups are retained while needed for the research project. Email correspondence is retained while needed to handle the request and related records. To request access, correction or deletion of information you have provided, contact erictejed@gmail.com. We will address requests and explain any necessary legal retention or backup limitations. Public website connection logs are subject to the hosting provider’s operational retention.
Security and updates
We use HTTPS for the public website and restrict access to private research storage. No method of storage or transmission provides an absolute security guarantee. We will update the effective date when this policy changes and revise it before introducing materially different data practices.
